📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper food storage and hygiene.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and organize kitchen schedules to ensure efficient operations.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
