CV Maju Antar is looking for a dedicated Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the financial decision-making process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and organizational skills. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and control the company's budget, ensuring it is used efficiently and effectively.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and ensuring timely payment.,Support the financial decision-making process by providing insights and recommendations based on financial data.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of financial activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
