📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular and systematic inspections of roads, bridges, drainage systems, and public facilities.
• Identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement and monitor repairs.
• Document inspection findings and maintain detailed records.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend safety measures.
• Participate in emergency response and maintenance planning.
• Provide training and support to other team members on infrastructure inspection techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure inspection and maintenance.
• Certification in infrastructure inspection (e.g., Certified Maintenance Inspector, CM) is a plus.
• Proficient in using inspection tools and software such as AutoCAD, GIS, and inspection management systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
