PT Jaya Otoman is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the accounting manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (IASB).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
