📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage mortgage servicing processes, including payments, disbursements, and account maintenance.
• Administer foreclosure procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with property managers to handle property-related issues and maintenance.
• Monitor mortgage portfolios, identifying and resolving delinquencies promptly.
• Generate and analyze reports to track mortgage performance and identify trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage servicing, foreclosure administration, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using mortgage servicing software such as Encompass, Servicing Edge, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian mortgage regulations and legal requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
