PT Inovasi Mahkota is looking for a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position based in Ubud, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.,Coordinate vehicle schedules and ensure they are available when needed.,Inspect vehicles regularly and address any maintenance issues promptly.,Oversee vehicle refueling and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth vehicle operations.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.🛠️ Keahlian
