📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and operating point-of-sale systems to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and processing sales.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented and appealing storefront.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, both in-store and online.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking shelves and displays.,Assist in inventory management and reporting by counting stock and updating records.,Stay informed about new products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Willingness to work during peak season, including weekends and holidays.
