📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, including corporate and individual income tax returns.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Train and mentor junior accountants and other staff members in accounting principles and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial analysis tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving financial goals and objectives.
