As the Accounting and Audit Manager at Astra Honda, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. You will work closely with the Finance and Legal teams to ensure accurate financial records and prepare for audits by the OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and other regulatory bodies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead and coordinate internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial data for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with OJK and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Provide guidance and support to the accounting team on complex financial matters.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to support the company's financial objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and auditing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle financial software is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
