📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily menu operations,Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items according to established recipes and standards,Ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and beverage supplies,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen,Participate in cost control and budgeting for food and beverage operations,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring food quality,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Familiarity with local and international cuisines,Ability to lead and motivate a team
