📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to meet company goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, including production, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Lead and participate in training and development programs for employees.
  • Manage departmental budgets and financial reports.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the coffee industry.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee production processes and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successful team management and operational improvement.
