📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and workshops.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with HR to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies is a plus.,Ability to travel within Indonesia for training purposes.
