Bahagia Wati Dental Clinic is seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the clinic's financial resources.,Manage the clinic's payroll, including processing payroll, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and managing employee benefits.,Oversee the management of the clinic's accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing, collections, and payments.,Work closely with the clinic's management team to provide financial advice and support.,Ensure the timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in the use of accounting software and financial analysis tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
