Finance Manager

Lingkungan Dewi Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our health center, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health and success of the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing the financial operations of the health center, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Overseeing the preparation and submission of financial statements.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Providing financial advice and guidance to the management team.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards relevant to the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with healthcare financial management practices is a plus.
