📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance assessments and provide feedback to employees.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars to address employee development needs.
• Collaborate with managers to understand their workforce requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification in HR development (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
