Diamond Go Pratama is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting team in various financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited accounting experience to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.,Support the accounting team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Support the finance team in the preparation of financial analyses and presentations.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
