📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee the implementation of operational plans and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of new operational processes and systems.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP or other operational management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving operational goals and objectives.
