📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded through effective team leadership and motivation.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the branch.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Collaborate with the corporate team to implement and promote company-wide initiatives and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
