📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents.,Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices.,Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.,Maintain accurate records of safety and environmental data and prepare reports for management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety and environmental considerations into all aspects of mining operations.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the mining industry.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Environmental Management is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
