📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex information clearly,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus
