PT Prima Mitra is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Medan. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded, stored, and distributed. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and tracked using warehouse management software.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
