📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of catering operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure that all supplies are stocked and ready for use.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all necessary materials.
• Work closely with chefs and other culinary staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle all customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and analyze catering operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that all staff are properly trained in food safety and sanitation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering operations or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating catering events.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both clients and staff.
• Familiarity with catering software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
