📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of banquet and event operations, ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Create detailed event proposals, including menus, decorations, and entertainment, tailored to clients' specific needs and preferences.
• Manage budgets and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event experiences.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues, including coordinating with catering, AV, and decor teams.
• Monitor event timelines and delegate tasks to ensure all elements are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management to continuously improve our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
