📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of manufacturing equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Implement and monitor energy-efficient solutions to reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and work orders
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of equipment failures
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in facilities management
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance engineering
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments
- Certifications in facilities management (e.g., CMMS, LEED) are a plus
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAP, Maximo, or similar
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
