📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as SAP or QuickBooks.
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including VAT and income tax.
• Support the finance manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain and update financial documentation, including contracts, invoices, and receipts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
