📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support the company's growth and development.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in professional accounting or finance is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, as the company operates in a multicultural environment.
