📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
• Manage the budgeting process and ensure accurate financial forecasting.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
