Our cafes in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung are not just places to enjoy coffee; they are vibrant community hubs where art, music, and great coffee come together.

At Coach, we believe that a great coffee experience starts with exceptional baristas. You'll learn to master the art of espresso, latte art, and specialty coffee drinks using our state-of-the-art equipment like the La Marzocco espresso machines and Mahlkönig grinders. Our training program will equip you with the skills to create consistently delicious coffee, whether it's a simple black coffee or a complex espresso martini.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and creativity
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with expertise
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and coffee shop
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee beans and supplies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating great coffee experiences
• Proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage safety standards
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new coffee trends
