- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain business plans and project proposals.
- Analyze data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or project management in the F&B or Consumer Goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
